What it can feel like

Being away from home for the first time, deadlines piling up, feeling like everyone else has it worked out. Student life can be lonely in ways nobody warns you about.

How talking can help

Talking to someone outside your course and your friends can make things feel more manageable. Megan and Samir both see students and know the pressures of term time.

Low-cost sessions

We keep a number of £35 places for students with a valid student card. Online sessions mean you can keep going over the holidays, wherever you are.
